Biography

Jim O’Connor is the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Lands’ End Outfitters for Lands’ End, Inc. In this role, Jim will lead all facets of the Lands’ End Outfitters division. Jim is a strategic leader who brings over 20 years of expertise in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C). He has a strong sales and business development background, as well as a proven track record of growing brands. Jim has held various senior level positions most recently at Shoes For Crews where he spent six years as Sr. Vice President – North America Sales. In this role, he was responsible for the corporate sales goals, programs and go-to market strategies, including leadership for the entire sales team. Prior to that, he was with Timberland Pro for 14 years in progressive leadership roles as well as Global General Manager of the business. 

O’Connor received his Bachelor of Arts degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
