Biography

John DeFalco is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations, Lands’ End Outfitters for Lands’ End, Inc. In this role, he serves as a strategic financial and operational leader and is embedded within the Outfitters business to join in their journey to significantly grow as a channel of business.

John is a strategic business leader, bringing over 25 years of expertise in senior financial and operations management positions. He has a deep experience in the wholesale, retail, and B2B sectors with a track record of creating strategies that drive sales, improve processes, and enhance work cultures. His clarity in vision, high level of curiosity, collaboration and communication will drive a high level of engagement and performance across teams.

Prior to Lands’ End, John held roles at Centric Brands servingas Chief Financial Officer for Luxury Lifestyle Brands. Prior to that, he was with Shoes For Crews as COO/CFO, where he managed operations for North America, Europe, and Asia. John also previously served as CFO for Party City and Liz Claiborne.

John received his Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.
