As the senior vice president of global sourcing, Luciana Marsicano is committed to further developing and optimizing the Lands’ End global sourcing strategy while ensuring the overall quality of Lands’ End products.
Marsicano brings more than 25 years of leadership and industry expertise to Lands’ End, excelling in the areas of strategic operational planning and leadership, policy development and process improvement, as well as product development, production, quality assurance and strategic and global sourcing. She embodies a value system aligned with Lands’ End’s core principles of quality, value and service and is committed to building mutually rewarding relationships with key decision makers and implementing plans and processes that improve brand performance and profitability.
Prior to joining Lands' End, she most recently served as chief operating officer and senior vice president of sourcing for Creatures of the Wind. As COO she led all finance and operations and provided financial leadership for growth and strategic development of the overall business strategy and execution. Previously, Marsicano held senior leadership roles in sourcing with Kellwood Company and Tommy Hilfiger and spent over 15 years with Polo/Ralph Lauren where she last served as senior vice president of global manufacturing, product development, production and sourcing.
Marsicano received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. She also attended the CUNY, Baruch College, graduate program for Industrial Organizational Psychology
