Biography

Claudia Mazo is the Managing Director of International for Lands’ End, Inc. In this role, Mazo is responsible for leading and growing Lands’ End’s International business. A senior executive with a proven track record, Mazo brings over 20 years of retail experience to Lands’ End, where since 2017, she’s led the Retail as well as the Outfitters business divisions. She possesses a wealth of experience in the wholesale, retail and international markets where she successfully implemented retail and distribution expansion strategies for several global brands.

Prior to joining Lands’ End, Mazo spent approximately five years at Tumi Holdings, Inc., serving in leadership roles as vice president of Latin America, vice president of retail for the East Region and senior vice president of wholesale. From 2008 to 2012, Mazo was with Esprit International where she was promoted to vice president of merchandising for North America. Mazo has also held merchandising, sourcing and product development leadership roles at Liz Claiborne Inc. and Tommy Hilfiger Europe.

Mazo received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from HES School of Economics.
