Biography

Kym Maas is the President, Lands’ End Consumer & Chief Creative Officer. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing the creative vision for the Lands’ End global brand. Maas previously served as Senior Vice President of Product and Merchandising where she redefined the brand product point of view and drove significant growth.

Maas is an industry veteran with leadership experience at multiple companies including American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie & Fitch, LOFT Ann Taylor Inc. and Anthropologie.

Maas received her Bachelor’s degree from Providence College in Providence, RI.
