Biography

Kym Maas is the Senior Vice President of Product and Merchandising for Lands’ End, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies in merchandising and brand management, as well as testing new strategies and concepts for future growth. Maas is an industry veteran with leadership experience in merchandising across multiple brands, including American Eagle Outfitters, Abercrombie & Fitch, LOFT Ann Taylor Inc. and Anthropologie.

Maas received her Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College in Providence, RI.
