Biography

Jimi Ferolo is Lands' End's Chief Digital & Technology Officer, leading enterprise technology strategy and transformation while overseeing Digital Commerce, Global Sourcing, Technology, Operations, and Customer Care Services. Jimi brings more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology modernization, analytics, and customer-focused growth initiatives for global brands. Most recently, he served as EVP of Information Technology at Solairus Aviation and previously held Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer roles at SVP Worldwide and Maui Jim, where he led large-scale digital commerce, ERP, analytics, and customer experience transformations. Throughout his career, Jimi has helped organizations modernize technology platforms, improve customer experiences, leverage data and AI to drive better business decisions, and build high-performing teams focused on innovation and execution.
